To purchase the Gift Card you will be redirected to our online Patient Portal. The Gift Card can be applied to the selected account. If you are purchasing for someone not yourself please give us a call so we can apply the Gift Card to their account.

Gift cards are valid towards any women's wellness session or package. Please take note of the cost associated for the assessments, sessions, or programs you are redeeming the gift card for. There may be an additional payment required for services if the gift card amount does not cover the total cost of the purchase.
