Massage Therapy

Our Approach to Massage is to help alleviate chronic pain, rehabilitate injuries, and promote healing. Therapeutic Massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach the deep layers of muscles and connective tissues. The therapist may use their fingers, thumbs, or elbows to target specific areas of tension or pain. It can relieve conditions such as back pain, sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, postural imbalances, and more. Therapeutic Massage offers several benefits, including pain relief, increased range of motion, improved posture, enhanced circulation, and reduced muscle tension.

Meet your Therapist

Lauren is our licensed massage therapist with a special focus on pelvic, abdominal, and prenatal care. She blends therapeutic and relaxation techniques with a deep respect for your story, working closely with our pelvic floor therapists to help your body feel safe, supported, and seen.

We specialize in a focused abdominal therapy option (Arvigo®) for those needing deeper support with pelvic, menstrual, fertility, or digestive symptoms. This gentle, hands-on work targets the abdomen, low back, and hips to improve circulation, soften tight fascia and ligaments, and support the position and function of the pelvic organs. It’s designed to work alongside pelvic floor therapy—creating a healthier environment for the pelvic floor muscles, nerves, and organs to do their job.

During a series of sessions, many clients notice shifts in period pain, pelvic heaviness, bloating, constipation, and overall pelvic comfort. You’ll also learn a simple self-massage technique you can use at home to reinforce the benefits between visits and stay connected to your own healing.
