Becca Plumb

Becca is passionate about pelvic health and the power of occupational therapy to support healing through a whole-person, evidence-based approach. With a background as a student-athlete and a strong belief in the connection between movement, function, and quality of life, she is committed to making sure every patient feels seen, heard, and empowered—no matter their diagnosis or background.

Becca earned her Bachelor of Science in Movement Science from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Tennessee Wesleyan University. Her clinical experience includes skilled nursing facilities and inpatient rehabilitation, where she developed a strong foundation in functional recovery and patient advocacy. She now specializes in pelvic health, and has received the Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner certification, combining her clinical expertise with compassion and a drive to support often-overlooked aspects of wellness.

Outside of her clinical work, Becca is a lifelong learner, musical nerd, proud military wife, and devoted dog mom. She finds joy in working out, cooking, and embracing the ever-evolving journey of personal and professional growth.
